I wish I was doing this,

but I will be busy like this until next year,

I traveled with with my wife to the regional EEOC office where she officially filed her complaint.  Last week, they offered her ~$23k in exchange for:

1. Forfeit "Right to Sue"
2. Resign
3. Agree to sign a confidentiality agreemeny
4. A few other things 

She declined.
