Satan looks like 2

The video below discusses the public education system.  Discovering how poorly this country has educated each successive generation takes all of three minutes and a search engine.  There are those that would argue it's a miserable failure.  Maybe that is true, maybe not.  The real focus isn't about reforming the education system, but to hopefully highlight how Satan might appear and operate in our society.

Satan doesn't own this world or this universe.  However, he does control the systems that operate in this world.  The education system is just one of many.  The government is another.  The theme of the video below is how the "traditional" system is designed to train the student... to conform... not question authority... accept there is one answer.  The following is an outline, of sorts, to the video.   

1:25… Marginalizes most of what you think is important about yourself.

3:00… Academic vs nonacademic, smart vs non smart... many brilliant people think they aren’t brilliant.

5:00... ADHD and standardized testing correlation?

6:45… Education structure after a factory to encourage conformity.

7:45… Main thesis of the presentation... divergent thinking.

Could Satan operate and look like this?  Remove God from the system, train His children to conform, mindlessly accept information as truth, and dull the ability to think creatively.  

 

 

This made me laugh the first time I watched.  Excuses are easy.  Easy doesn't mean better.  Doing something worthy... is hard.
